If you go to the same websites on a regular basis, adding them to your home screen is the fastest way to get there. Apple made this easy to do. By default, the shortcut name is the same as the webpage name that you save. However, you can change the name to anything you want — a particularly useful feature if you want a shortcut to different pages on the same website.
To find your shortcut, close Safari and swipe over to the last page of your Home screen. The shortcut's icon is usually the same as the website's icon you see beside the URL.
